A free five-day challenge for couples who love each other but know their marriage deserves more than what they are experiencing right now, and for the spouse who's ready to start first. November 9 to 13.

Most marriages drift slowly, through a hundred small weeks when everything else gets your attention first. Before you realize it, you’re running a household together more than you’re building a marriage.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means your marriage deserves your attention, too. And you don’t have to overhaul everything to begin. You can start building more intentionally this week.
Proverbs 24:3, tells us a house is built through wisdom and established by understanding, so this week is about building understanding between the two of you.
Start the conversation about the marriage you want to build together, what matters most in this season, and the steps you can take to move forward with intention.
Learn the five-step weekly marriage check-in we use in our own marriage to talk through what’s going well, what needs attention, and how we can keep moving forward together.
You may know your spouse well, but do you know what they’re carrying in this season? Learn to ask thoughtful questions, listen with intention, and better understand what’s on your spouse’s heart and mind right now.
Monday, See it. Start by looking at your marriage through a biblical lens. Before you can intentionally build the marriage you want, you need to understand where you are now and what you hope will grow.
Tuesday, Know each other. Your spouse is still growing and changing, just as you are. Discover how to look beyond the everyday conversations and better understand the person your spouse is becoming in this season.
Wednesday, Make room. A stronger marriage needs more than good intentions. Discover a simple way to make space for meaningful conversations, keep what matters in focus, and turn your desire for connection into a regular practice.
Thursday, Pursue each other. Over time, it’s easy for the effort that once came naturally to take a back seat to everyday responsibilities. Rediscover what intentional pursuit can look like in this season of your marriage, and find meaningful ways to help your spouse feel seen, valued, and loved.
Friday, Build your vision. Bring the week together by looking beyond the day-to-day and considering the marriage you want to build. Get clearer on what matters most in this season, where you want to grow, and how to begin moving forward with purpose.
Don't miss this opportunity to reconnect and recharge with your spouse
It's a choice to love your spouse in deed and in truth, which is why every day of this challenge ends with one thing to do, not just something to think about.
“My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.— 1 John 3:18 (KJV)
Most marriage resources assume both spouses are ready to participate at the same time. We know that isn’t always the case. While the challenge is designed to be most meaningful when you work through it together, be encouraged to begin on your own if your spouse isn’t ready yet. Each day includes a simple way to take the first step yourself, along with a gentle invitation to bring your spouse in. It might sound as simple as, “Can we check in this week? No big talk. I just miss being on the same page with you.”
After being married for a short time, we found ourselves existing and heading in different directions. We didn't realize we were working against each other! The Lord grabbed a hold of us, and taught us a 3-step process that has guided us for more than 10 years.
We host the Home to Haven podcast and founded Oakhaven Company, and everything in this challenge is something we practice in our own marriage, including the weekly check-in you'll try on Day 3.
Terrell is an ordained minister serving for 25 years in leadership, and Jennifer works in administration, excelling in systems and processes.
How much time does it take? Ten to twenty minutes a day, Monday through Friday.
Should we both sign up? One registration per couple is enough, and if you'd each like the daily email, sign up with your own addresses.
Do I have to post anything publicly? No. We'll share this challenge on Instagram if you want company, but everything happens in your inbox and on paper.
What if I miss a day? Every email and page stays in your inbox, so you can catch up over the weekend.
Is this a sales pitch? The challenge is free and complete on its own. On Friday, we'll show you the Relationship Vision Planner™, the tool we use to keep doing this all year, and you can decide whether it's right for you.
We start Monday, November 9, and registration stays open through Tuesday, so if you're reading this late, you can still catch up on Day 1.
Pray it. Plan it. Pursue it.
